The requirements from the experiments seem to be easily implemented assuming a shared file system. However, there are strong doubts that this is an acceptable solution for all sites. In addition this is not seen as an optimal solution in terms of efficiency and duplication of data. There are hidden performance, reliability, and scalability requirements on the shared file-system used. Installation on the worker nodes should be an alternative solution.
